My School Holiday Story

Filed under: Essendon vs North Melbourne —— Aiden @ 1:23 pm

One day in the school holidays I went to watch Essendon vs. North Melbourne at the Telstra Dome. I went with my Aunty and Uncle. We went shopping before the game and I got an Essendon hat and jersey because I barrack for Essendon. About an hour later we went to the Telstra Dome to and found our seats at the North Melbourne end. The teams came out to practice and the mascots were walking around the field. I got up and went to shake the Essendon mascot’s hand. The game started and North Melbourne scored the first few goals and North Melbourne was in front. In the second quarter Essendon kept scoring goals and Essendon was in front. The third quarter came and Essendon kept scoring more and more goals. The fourth quarter came and Mathew Loyd kicked it and I almost marked it. Essendon was in front by a lot and the siren went and all the Essendon supporters erupted in happiness. I was really happy but my uncle wasn’t. That is my school holiday story.

    hey,
Is that the first football game you have seen live?

No it is not. I went to watch Sydney vs Kangaroos last year. I barrack for Essendon.
